Streamlining Leads and Optimizing Healthcare Marketing

This was the driving force behind our healthcare CRM/Marketing Analytics project, aimed at streamlining lead management and maximizing the impact of social media, Google ads, and Google AdWords campaigns.

Our project involved harnessing data from eight different APIs, including Facebook and Google, as well as leveraging a dynamic web application with hundreds of customizable forms for various scenarios. By integrating these data sources and empowering our marketing efforts, we gained valuable insights into our target audience and their preferences.

To ensure effective lead distribution, we developed an algorithm that replaced manual intervention in the lead assignment process. Our algorithm carefully curated leads and automatically assigned them to the appropriate sales teams, eliminating human errors and increasing efficiency. With this automated approach, our 50 sales teams were able to focus on nurturing leads specific to their respective departments.

The results of our CRM/Marketing Analytics project have been remarkable. We've witnessed a significant increase in the number of leads generated, while maintaining high lead quality. Furthermore, the time spent organizing leads has drastically decreased, allowing our teams to allocate their resources more effectively. Additionally, our seamless integration with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system ensures a smooth transition from lead acquisition to patient care.

Our data-driven approach has not only optimized our marketing operations but also improved the overall efficiency of our organization. The algorithm's ability to handle hundreds of forms per day has reduced manual workload and errors, freeing up valuable time for our teams to focus on delivering exceptional care to our patients.
